Vietnam commits evidenced and human rights based policies and guidelines to achieve zero preventable maternal deaths, and maternal morbidities, by integrating a comprehensive approach of the essential sexual and reproductive health package, including measures for preventing and avoiding unsafe abortions, and post-abortion care, into national UHC strategies, policies and programmes, and to protect and ensure all individuals’ right.
Ensuring access for adolescents and youth to adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make informed choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, gender-based violence, sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, cervical cancer prevention and to be able to transition safely and happily into adulthood.
To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve ambitious Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) by 2030, we commit to intensify our efforts for the effective implementation and sufficient funding for the ICPD PoA and SDGs to ensure zero sexual- and gender-based violence and harmful practices against women and girls by 2030.
To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve ambitious Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) by 2030, Vietnam commit using national budget processes, increasing domestic financing and exploring new and innovative financing instruments and structures to ensure full, effective and accelerated implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action.
To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve SGDs by 2030, Vietnam commit its effort for harnessing the demographic dividend through investing in adolescents’ and youth’s education, employment opportunities and health, including family planning and sexual and reproductive health information and services
To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve ambitious Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) by 2030, Vietnam commit to increase the percentage of official development aid (ODA) specifically earmarked to ensure universal access to SRHR to complement domestic financing of sexual and reproductive health programs.

Vietnam commit to build peaceful, just and inclusive societies, where all people, including the old and the young, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities and indigenous peoples, build societies where they feel valued and are able to shape their own destiny and contribute to the prosperity of their societies.
To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve SGDs by 2030, Vietnam commit to ensure the basic humanitarian needs of affected populations, including SRHR, are addressed as critical components of responses to humanitarian and environmental crises, as well as fragile and post-crisis reconstruction contexts, through the provision of access to the full range of sexual and reproductive health services.
Meeting humanitarian needs of its population through provision of protection and reproductive health services for women and girls affected by conflict. We will mobilize and provide financial resources to expand access of women to reproductive health services especially in hard to reach areas by allocating at least 30% of our health budget for the reproductive health programs immediately when the current conflict comes to an end.
Yemen commits to ending all forms of violence against women and girls by 2030 through formulation of policies and strengthening systems that promote gender equality and combat harmful practices including early or forced marriage as well as female genital mutilation.
1. We therefore commit to eliminate all forms of discrimination.
2. We commit to strengthen equitable access to resources to reach the most vulnerable and key populations. This will be achieved by establishing universal social services within five kilometers radius; to create an enabling environment for social services including addressing legal and socio-cultural barriers (and providing targeted social protection for all populations.
3. We commit to strengthen humanitarian preparedness and response. This will be achieved by strengthening coordination of humanitarian preparedness and response at all levels; decentralizing of humanitarian actions; integrating humanitarian preparedness and response in key national frameworks.
1. We commit to increasing investment in quality and inclusive education, skills development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship to match the demands of the labour market. This will be achieved by strengthening the industrial hubs to be responsive to the need of young people.
2. We commit to promoting meaningful participation of adolescents and young people in national development by including them in development planning and implementation, monitoring and reporting.
3. We commit to investing and empowering families and communities to help adolescents and young people to have a positive mind-set on national development issues. this will be achieved through the promotion of national values and principles as enshrined in the national constitution.
1. We commit to promote people centered development in all sectors by integrating population dynamics into development planning at the national and sub-national levels
2. We commit to invest in inclusive governance mechanisms as well as sustainable International Cooperation and Partnerships. This will be achieved by institutionalizing the participation of various population groups such as women, people with disability, and young people in governance processes.
3. We commit to enhance rural industrialization and development by advancing implementation as enshrined in the country’s Vision 2030.
4. We commit to promote generation and use of data to achieve sustainable development. This will be achieved by implementation of the 2018 National Statistical Act. We commit to make climate change a core part of economic development. This will be achieved by strengthening Zambia's institutional framework for climate resilience and improve the adaptive capacity of vulnerable communities.
5. In order to provide financing for the outlined commitments, we commit to create fiscal space. This will be done by broadening the tax base, exploring alternative financing mechanisms, and implementation of the debt sustainability strategy.

We commit to end all forms of discrimination against women and girls by domesticating international and regional instruments such as the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women and Girls, Maputo Plan of Action, SADC protocol on gender and development and SADC model law on ending child marriage.
2. We commit to end child marriage by taking all necessary measures to accelerate implementation of the National Strategy and other policy and legislative frameworks to end child marriage by 2030.
3. We commit to eradicate harmful traditional practices, such as sexual cleansing and some negative aspects of rites of passage that violate the rights of women, girls and children.
4. We commit to end sexual and gender based violence by operationalization of the Anti-Gender Based Violence Act No.1 of 2011 and Gender Equity and Equality Act No.22 of 2015.
1. Ensure emergency preparedness across all relevant sectors, by 2030;
2. Build or strengthen coordination structures for preparedness and response to emergencies ;
3. Support strengthening of the Civil Protection Unit to coordinate humanitarian actors to prioritise Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Gender Based Violence in humanitarian situations
1. Align all laws pertaining to marriage to the Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 20) of 2013, by 2030;
2. Implement the National Plan of Action on Ending Child Marriages, harmonize marriage laws and set age of marriage at 18 years, by 2030.
3. Invest resources to provide comprehensive multi-sectoral services for survivors of GBV and to strengthen key institutions;
4. Economically and socially empower women and girls to be actively engaged in Country’s development; and
5. Finalise and fully implement the Disability Amendment Act to support service access by women and girls with disabilities by 2030.
1. Allocate at least 15 percent of the national budget to the health sector with specific allocation for SRHR and Family Planning, by 2030;
2. Improve allocations from the HIV and Airtime levies to SRHR and Family Planning by at least 5 percent;
3. Allocate 10 percent of the Global Fund allocated to Zimbabwe to SRHR and Family Planning as per Global Fund Financing Framework; and
4. Finalise and implement the National Health Insurance Scheme.
1. Revise the Population Policy;
2. Put in place and capacitate a high level National Coordination Board for implementation of the National Population Policy;
3. Capacitate the responsible Department in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development; and
4. Conduct the Population and Housing Census in 2022.
1. Increase by 50% the maternal mortality reduction from the current 651 / 100000 live births by 2030
2. Develop a comprehensive national SRHR package and integrate it into the national UHC strategies, policies and programmes;
3. Deploy 2 trained midwifes to provide integrated sexual and reproductive health services at all eligible primary health care facilities by 2030.
