Sexual and Gender Based Violence
Cero violencia sexual y de género y prácticas nocivas, incluyendo:
1. cero hijos, matrimonios precoces y forzados, así como cero mutilación genital femenina, a fin de aprovechar todo el potencial socioeconómico de todas las personas.
2. Continuar con el incremento presupuestal destinado a la lucha contra la violencia hacia la mujer, desarrollando un trabajo articulado y coordinado en donde participe el gobierno, la sociedad civil y la comunidad, además de otros actores interesados.
3. Al año 2030 implementaremos 10 observatorios regionales de la violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar , lo cual nos permitirá contar con información sobre esta situación y tomar acciones al respecto.
4. Al año 2030 implementaremos 50 Centros de Emergencia Mujer , de los cuales la mitad se ubicarán en comisarías, priorizando las regiones que tienen un nivel más alto de violencia de género.
5. Al año 2030 capacitaremos y estarán activas 1000 nuevas “Facilitadoras en Acción” que contribuyen a prevenir e identificar casos de violencia en los hogares.
6. Al año 2030 informaremos y orientaremos a 1 millón de adolescentes acerca de la identificación de señales de violencia de género de manera que esta pueda ser evitada y los exhortaremos para que desarrollen una convivencia positiva.
7. Al año 2030 estará implementado el Centro de Altos Estudios del MIMP, a través del cual se capacitarán a operadores de justicia en materia de violencia contra las mujeres y los integrantes del grupo familiar.

El Gobierno de Perú, en calidad de Presidente de la Conferencia Regional en Población y Desarrollo (CRPD) de América Latina y El Caribe, presenta el siguiente compromiso acordado como resultado de la Cuarta Reunión de la Mesa Directiva de la Conferencia Regional, celebrada en Santiago de Chile del 9 al 10 de octubre de 2019:
1. Felicita a los países de la región por los avances logrados en la implementación del Consenso de Montevideo sobre Población y Desarrollo, y llama a redoblar los esfuerzos a fin de enfrentar los retos pendientes para su plena ejecución;
2. Reconoce la contribución de la CRPD de América Latina y el Caribe y del Consenso de Montevideo sobre Población y Desarrollo al seguimiento mundial del Programa de Acción de la Conferencia Internacional sobre la Población y el Desarrollo después de 2014;
3. Reconoce también la contribución del Consenso de Montevideo al proceso de implementación, seguimiento y examen de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, de acuerdo con la resolución 723(XXXVII) aprobada por la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe en su trigésimo séptimo período de sesiones, e invita a los países miembros a impulsar su implementación como un mecanismo de aceleración del cumplimiento de los Objetivos de la Agenda 2030;
4. Reconoce y valora la trascendencia de la conferencia de alto nivel para avanzar en la implementación del Programa de Acción de la Conferencia Internacional sobre la Población y el Desarrollo (CIPD), convocada por el Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas y los Gobiernos de Kenya y Dinamarca del 12 al 14 de noviembre de 2019 en Nairobi, y ratifica el compromiso de América Latina y el Caribe de continuar con la implementación del Consenso de Montevideo como hoja de ruta del Programa de Acción de la CIPD 25 años después de su aprobación
